Religious Education Intent
At Montem Academy, our intention is Religious Education is to provide pupils with the opportunity to explore the major religions developing an understanding of what religion means to an individual and to different communities around the world.
Through religious education, pupils will also learn about different religions and their traditions, practices and beliefs, whilst promoting tolerance and mutual respect in a diverse society.
