At Montem Academy, we are passionate about inclusion and ensuring that all children, despite their needs, have access to a full and enriched curriculum, and are supported to reach their potential. Our mission is for children to face no barriers in accessing learning and achieving highly, allowing them to leave Montem as confident, independent individuals. We aim to give all children access to high quality lessons and resources and personalised teaching to equip them with the skills they need in order to access learning alongside their peers in the classroom, igniting their curiosity and inspiring a love of learning.

Montem Academy is already recognised as a fully inclusive school.  We pride ourselves on providing the very best support and education to pupils with additional needs.  Over the next three years, we aim to provide our pupils with visual impairment the very best facilities and learning experience to ensure that every child reaches their full potential.
