Dear Parents and Carers,

Montem Academy remains an 'Outstanding School'

Following our recent Ofsted inspection, I am delighted to share with you our official report that conforms Montem Academy remains an Outstanding School.

The inspectors identified many outstanding features and commented that:

• Pupils are joyful. They are polite, kind and respectful.
• Behaviour is impeccable.
• The school believes that everyone can excel through pride and ambition.
• The breadth of inclusive extra-curricular options is superb.
• Personal development is exemplary.
• Children make a strong start in early years.
• Pupils with SEND proudly represent the school at events.
• Staff have high aspirations for all.
• Pupil's work is impressive.
• Art around the school is stunning.
• In computing, pupil learn to code impressively.
• Staff provide excellent support for pupils with special educational needs.
• Montem is a highly inclusive and exemplary school.

I am so proud of Team Montem for this achievement, which is an absolute reflection of all their hard work and dedication and of our amazing children.
