During our first Well-Being day at school, we started our day with calm music and did fantastic work round developing good mental health, resilience and how to be happy, amazing learners. During thinking time we reflected on our strengths and inquired about how others feel about us and why? Finally, we presented our "What makes me an amazing person" work with the rest of the class. The pupils enjoyed sharing their experiences and learning about how to keep their bodies and minds healthy and happy.
