In Year 2 this week, the children have learned about the various reasons why The Great Fire of London spread so fiercely and rapidly. They have also read and discussed how London changed after the fire ended.
In Science, they experimented with different plastic objects and sorted them into groups depending on how their shape can be changed.
In Math, the children worked really hard and used different methods of addition, such as partitioning and the column method to add 2 digit numbers.
In Literacy, they edited their diaries to check for the correct use of capital letters, full stops and conjunctions.
